The programs involve the elimination of deficiencies that are identified among specialists as a result of federal and regional monitoring, and experts from different regions of the country are involved in this work, recalls Irina Babkina, PhD in Pedagogy, Director of the Center for Continuous Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers in the Voronezh Region.

“Today it is relevant to talk not only about individual educational routes for children, but also about individual routes for teachers,” she says. 

Olga Krasnoshlykova is also confident that the task of advanced training institutes and centers of professional excellence is to provide teachers with the opportunity to build a line of self-education, their own individual trajectory of development.

Svetlana Kulikova recalled that experts will help teachers find methodological techniques and mechanisms that will be useful to them in their work.

Irina Babkina noted that Russian teachers need a unified system of scientific and methodological support. In her opinion, three areas will develop in the future: global educational platforms of a federal scale for teachers, regional educational formats and professional communities of practice.

Marianna Shevchenko, Development Director of the National Parenting Association, recalled the importance of building communication and cooperation from the first days of training. You need to be able to delegate authority and not intercept the initiative of children, the expert believes. 

“The child should be responsible for his own work, and our task as parents is to teach him this responsibility,” says Marianna Shevchenko. 

In her opinion, the inclusion of adults in school life can also take place in different formats, including in the form of “open Saturdays,” when parents change roles with teachers.

Natalya Yudova, deputy director for educational work of the Novovarshavsk boarding school from the Omsk region, spoke about the educational projects of the school, visiting parenting meetings and other solutions that help form a unified approach to teaching schoolchildren. 

“It is important for us that parents understand that they are also significant participants in the educational process, without them, without their support, it will be difficult for us,” says Natalya Yudova.
