Blau Bıldungs Academy ,within the company, act as the International Vocational Training Center. It has undertaken a mission of fusing and enriching the culture of different peoples of the region by increasing the professional relationship between young and adults, countries and cultures from many countries in Europe, Asia and South Africa.

Altstadthotel Ilsenburg is situated in the town of Harz in one of the most important ski and winter tourism regions.

The hotel was established in 1865 as Hotel and Restaurant and since then it has been serving the same quality. The hotel is located in the city center, but is within walking distance of all transport links. The hotel consists of 3 restaurants with 40 beds and a capacity of 85 people. Located in the Wellnes area, the hotel is open every month of the year. Altstadthotel Ilsenburg is a DEHOGA member hotel and deserves the 3 Superior classes of DEHOGA and exceeds all criteria.

Since 2015, the Hotel has been providing vocational training and accommodation services for Syrian migrants together with the school. has hosted nearly 3000 refugees to this day. The hotel and school section in Wanzleben also serve as a camp center.

Our school, which will provide education for four years at the college level, has a capacity of 1200; 40 Classrooms, Industrial Automation, Electrical-Electronics, Textile Technologies, Machinery Technologies, Chemical Technologies Workshops and Laboratories, Biology, Physics and Chemistry Laboratory, Conference Hall with a capacity of 300 people, Library, Reading Hall, Multi-Purpose Indoor Sports Hall, Outdoor Football and Basket Areas, Student Council, Cafeteria, Refectory, Parents Meeting Hall, Masjid are located. The trainings to be given will be conducted not only in classrooms but also in collaboration with our industrial organizations. Although Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School is a private school, it does not charge any fee.

The online teacher support program was completed with the participation of teachers with immigrant / refugee students in their classes . 2017-18 academic year of the training program carried out during the first period, the population of immigrants and refugees in Turkey densely inhabited city in the state school teachers serving in various branches of the 106 (68 female, 38 male teachers) participated. The teachers participating in the program were determined by taking into consideration criteria such as city distribution, density of migrant-refugee population in the city, ratio of migrant-refugee students to class / school size, professional experience and equal gender distribution. Participants were given a certificate of attendance at the end of the program.

Educational policies that condition the lives of immigrant individuals can trigger individuals to become more equal, successful and integrated citizens, as well as being completely out of society. The education of immigrants not only depends on certain problems but also on the various factors of the education system, up to the effects of the existence of a good education system or the expansion of education.
