Training course for public employees 

Training for public employees on how to provide information services to non-EU immigrants

Didactic objective:

– Offer information on how to access information services in the territories to facilitate inclusion paths for non-EU immigrants;

– Acquire skills on how to actively manage effective communication towards immigrant users;

– Acquire knowledge on the evolution of Italian legislation for non-EU immigrants;

– Acquire knowledge on how to manage the information flow in favor of immigrants;

– Acquire knowledge on existing integration models at national and European level.

Training course for migrants 

Models of access to services for migrants

Didactic objective:

– Offer information on how to access information services in the territories to facilitate inclusion paths for non-EU immigrants;

– Acquire the procedures, rules and methods for accessing the social and information services present in the territories;

– Develop interpersonal and communicative skills and competences capable of understanding the specific cultures to which they belong;

– Acquire knowledge on existing integration models at national and European level.

Tools for intercultural teaching

Didactic objective:

– To acquire knowledge on the existing integration models at national and European level and on the dimension of the immigration phenomenon;

– Acquire knowledge on the integration processes existing in Italy and on the cultural difficulties currently existing;

– Acquire knowledge and skills in knowing how to manage an educational activity in intercultural terms;

– Being able to manage an educational path in intercultural terms using specific methodologies that facilitate active and aware learning about diversity that can integrate.
